Gelegentlich veranstaltet die Lifestyle4you GmbH, Kurt-Schumacher-Str 9, 52224 Stolberg Gewinnspiele und Aktionen, an denen Kunden und Interessenten teilnehmen können. Über die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten im Zusammenhang mit diesen Gewinnspielen und Aktionen möchten wir Sie nachfolgend gemäß Art 13 DSGVO informieren. Wie kann man gewinnen?
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt über unseren Instagram-Kanal, der über folgenden Link zu erreichen ist: https://www.instagram.com/lucieandleo/
Die Anzahl der möglichen Gewinne steht unter den jeweiligen Gewinnspiel-Beiträgen. Um gewinnen zu können, müssen die im Beitrag erwähnten Teilnahmebedingungen vollständig erfüllt werden. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erfolgt unabhängig von jeder Bestellung. Das Tätigen einer Bestellung erhöht die Gewinnchance nicht. Es werden ausschließlich Follower unseres Kanals, Likes und Kommentare unter dem Beitrag über Instagram berücksichtigt.

Über welchen Zeitraum finden die Aktionen statt?
Der genaue Zeitraum des Gewinnspiels wird in dem entsprechenden Beitrag genau festgelegt.

What are the conditions of participation?
Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany. Lucie & Leo requires the consent of a parent or guardian for underage participants. Each participant can only take part once. Employees of Lifestyle4you GmbH and anyone professionally involved in the competition are not eligible to enter. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to the participant.

Can I be excluded from participation?
Lifestyle4you is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as breach of the terms and conditions, double or multiple entries, manipulation etc.; in this case Lifestyle4you reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Lifestyle4you are not allowed to participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded. Sweepstake clubs and automated sweepstake services are not eligible to enter. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning and are not permitted and will be blocked. Entries to the competition may not contain any discrimination, insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements and will be excluded from the competition and reported.

How do I know if I have won? How will I receive my prize?
Winners will be notified by personal message via Instagram. The winner will then send Lifestyle4you their address as a private message via the relevant function on the Instagram page. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. The prize will be sent to the winner by post. Shipping costs may be incurred.

How are the winners determined?
The winners will be determined by Lifestyle4you from among all participants in a selection procedure that is independent of the person. The time of the determination of the eligibility and the selection procedure is stated in the competition text. Participants who have complied with and accepted the terms and conditions described in the entry will be entered into the prize draw. Participants can only take part in the prize draw once per competition. Winners will be notified by personal message via Instagram. If a winner does not come forward to claim their prize within 10 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected. In the event that the winner provides incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize, a replacement winner will also be determined using the same selection procedure, which is independent of the person.

Reservation clause
Lifestyle4you reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Lifestyle4you will only use this option if for reasons of force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed. Lifestyle4you is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our responsibility

Personal data
Insofar as personal data of participants is collected, processed or used within the scope of the competition, this is only for the purpose of the competition and will be stored and deleted in compliance with the statutory periods.

Miscellaneous
Non-cash prizes and vouchers are not paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Furthermore, they cannot be transferred to third parties. The legal process is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They will be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. Lifestyle4you reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
The vouchers cannot be combined with other discount promotions.

This competition is run by Lifestyle4you. It is not affiliated with Instagram/Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Instagram. Information will be provided to Lifestyle4you, not Instagram or Facebook.
