General terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with Lifestyle4you GmbH (Lucie & Leo).
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

We do not store the text of the contract.
4. delivery conditions
Shipping costs may be incurred in addition to the stated product prices. You can find out more about any shipping costs in the offers.
We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

5. payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Creditcard
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. Once you have been legitimised as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After you have placed your order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, which will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Sofort by klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.
Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Amazon Pay
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon before completing the ordering process in our online shop. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and legitimise yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process.
Immediately after placing the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
Purchase on account and financing via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase and instalment purchase as a payment option. Please note that Klarna Invoice and Klarna Instalment Purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Klarna instalment purchase

Klarna invoice

6. Artikel oder Bestellungen stornieren
Sofern die Ware nicht schon im Versandprozess bei uns ist, kann eine Bestellung problemlos per E-Mail unter Angaben Ihrer Bestellnummer und Ihrer Versandadresse storniert werden.
7. Transportschäden
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such faults to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8. Rücktrittsvorbehalt
If, after the conclusion of a purchase contract, delivery difficulties arise at the supplier in such a way that the supplier itself is not supplied on time in terms of type and quantity, the supplier reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. The foregoing shall only apply in the event that the supplier is not responsible for the failure to deliver, in particular has concluded a covering transaction in good time to fulfil its contractual obligations and has informed the affected customers without delay. In such a case, the supplier shall immediately refund the services already provided by the customer.
9. Reklamation
Bei einer Reklamation, muss der beschädigte Artikel umgehend an uns zurück geschickt werden. Dafür geben wir dir 14 Tage Zeit für die Rücksendung an uns.
10. Gewährleistung und Garantien
Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
In the case of used goods, the following applies: if the defect occurs after the expiry of one year from delivery of the goods, the claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year of delivery of the goods can be claimed within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortened periods do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent
- in the event of breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
- in the context of a promise of guarantee, insofar as agreed or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

11. Haftung
For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we shall always be liable without limitation
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in the event of guarantee promises, insofar as agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened up.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
12. Affiliate Programme & Rabattcodes
Mitglieder, die über eine doppelte Mitgliedschaft sowohl beim Smart Smile Bonusprogramm als auch beim Influencer Partnerprogramm von Lucie-Leo über einen Mitgliedschaft verfügen und dafür Provisionen oder Smile Punkte erhalten. Haben die Möglichkeit, die Vorteile eines der Programme zu nutzen und das jeweilige Programm für Provisionsauszahlungen anzuwenden. Sie können jedoch nicht die Vorteile beider Programme gleichzeitig nutzen oder ihre Provisionen / Punkte bei beiden geltend machen. Sollte der Rabattcode auf "Coupon Websites" zu finden sein, ist keine Ausbezahlung der Provisionen möglich. Eine Ausbezahlung der Provision, ist erst ab 20€ per Paypal oder Überweisung möglich. Unsere Rabattcodes unterliegen besonderen Bedingungen, die du erfüllen musst, um sie auf deine Bestellung anwenden zu können.
